Proletariat Press accepts unsolicited manuscripts. However, we are a small publishing outfit and can only publish a small number of even the very best works that we receive. We ask that a detailed email describing the work in question, including samples, be sent before any manuscript itself makes it's way to our inbox. If we are interested in your proposal we will request to see your entire project and proceed from there. Proletariat Press also operates on consignment. For more about our consignment service please read our consignment guidelines.
Also, If you want to increase your chances of acceptance we highly recommend visiting our bookstore to see what we're about before submitting. This will help you and us immensely.
---Manuscript Guidelines---
Manuscripts should be emailed to us as a Word or PDF file (Word is preferred). Manuscripts must be type-written in a either 11 or 12 point standard font. Please do not send us a manuscript we have not expressly requested.
All manuscripts should include the following:
1. A cover letter with the author's name, address, phone number, and email address).
2. An abstract (100 words minimum)
3. The work itself
